Do you ship worldwide?

Cozypetbeds is proud to provide Worldwide Shipping to our customers! We ship to most countries worldwide.

However, due to some postal problems, we can't deliver a shipment to the military area and some small countries.

How long does shipping take

The speed of receiving your order can vary on a few things such as your shipping method and the shipping address. Mostly between 7-14 business days.

We provide several different methods of shipping. Each shipping method has its own handling time benefits.

I made a mistake on my shipping address, can I change it?

Generally you can change your shipping address within 12 hours. Make sure to contact us immediately at with your order number, and the correct address.

The more information you provide, the sooner we can change your shipping information. Hopefully we'll catch your order in time before it enters the logistic processing.

We'll try our absolute best to make the requested changes.

Make sure you type 'Urgent: Change Order Details' in the subject line. Any other title may cause delay in the delivery of your order.

Please keep in mind that your order may already have been dispatched. In this case, we won't be able to send you another one so it's best to contact the postal service.

I think my package was stolen. What do I do now?

Cozypetbeds is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

The carrier will generally determine if your order can be left in a safe secure place at your delivery address.

Can I cancel my order?

The CozyPetBeds order process is automated to distribute products quick and accurately.

We do apologise, but once the order has been placed it can NOT be cancelled. We receive a lot of orders and we are unable to go through them individually, as this would cause delays to other orders. Please review your items carefully before completing your orders.

We do suggest you wait patiently until your order arrives and contact or visit your local carrier to return the package to our P.O. Box.

How do I return my order?

If you're not entirely pleased with your purchase, you can return the product to our P.O. Box address within 30 days of receipt. Please send your item to: Returns

Items must be in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure your return reaches us safely. Upon receipt and inspection of the product, we will process your refund or exchange promptly.

I have not received my refund yet, why is that?

If you haven't received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There Is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

How will my order arrive?

Our products are vacuum packed in order to make your furry good friends sleep more comfortable so please read the manual carefully before usage.

Due to the compression of the packing, please pat the product properly and leave it for two days to properly get its shape.

It's normal that if the product has an abnormal odour, please place it in a ventilated place and the odour will be gone.
